Summary of Professional Experiences: 

Tessa is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and early career professional with up-to-date training from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. This is her fifth year at TCEC. Tessa has experience analyzing data to determine the effectiveness of educational programs, collaborating with cultural liaisons to ensure best practice, and providing in-service presentations regarding suicide prevention and intervention. Tessa also attained her PREPaRE certification for school crisis prevention and response training.

 

Personal Information:

Tessa was born and raised in Wisconsin, but has been living in Minnesota for about 8 years. Tessa and her husband recently welcomed their first child into their family. Her interests include reading, cooking/baking, and entomology.

 

How can Tessa help you? 

Tessa can help with coordinating special education evaluations including the completion of timely evaluation reports. She can assess students utilizing classroom observations, various cognitive ability tests, and social, emotional, and behavioral tools.
